Most businesses don't have an AI problem. They have a clarity problem.

(01)The noise

New tools every week. Loud promises. No time to sort it out.

You run a real business. Customers, staff, deadlines. You know AI matters. You just don't have twenty hours a week to test tools and watch tutorials.

  • Run your business on autopilot.
  • Scale without adding staff.
  • The only AI tool you'll ever need.
  • Your competitors are already using it.
(02)The pattern

You don't need more AI. You need clarity about where it fits.

We don't start with software. We start by understanding how your business actually runs: where time gets lost, where friction shows up, and where AI would genuinely help. Skip that step, and AI just becomes one more thing to manage.

80%+

of AI projects fail. Most skip the part that matters and start with a tool instead of the business.

Operational clarity changes everything.

(03)The approach

Diagnosis before prescription. Like a doctor, not a pharmacist.

A doctor doesn't hand you pills before the exam. I work the same way: I look at how the business runs before recommending anything. The four phases below are the exam.

01

Understand

We align on what success actually looks like for your business, not just what AI could theoretically do.

02

Map

We map how work actually moves. Handoffs, exceptions, the workarounds nobody put in a manual. The real flow, not the org chart.

03

Prioritize

Every opportunity gets scored on value, effort, risk, urgency, and readiness. You see what's worth doing now, later, or never.

04

Implement

You get written findings you own: what to automate, what to keep human, what to skip entirely. Nothing gets built before this is done, and once it is, we measure what actually changed.

The same discipline, two scopes: focused tool recommendations with the Tools Assessment, a structured operational audit with the Full Audit.

If the friction is already clear and you need the right off-the-shelf tools, that's the Assessment. If the work itself needs to be mapped across people, systems, and priority workflows, that's the Audit.

(04)The offers

Two engagements. Matched to the problem.

Focused scope

AI Tools Assessment

Two short calls. A clear list of AI tools that fit your business, and the steps to put them to work.

  • 45-minute discovery call
  • 3 to 7 AI tool recommendations, matched to your workflows
  • Implementation steps for each one
  • 30-minute report walkthrough

The guarantee

If we can't identify opportunities with the potential to reclaim at least 5 hours a week, you get a full refund.

About the Assessment

Strategic scope

Full AI Opportunity Audit

A structured audit of how work moves through your priority workflows: current-state maps, opportunity scoring, and a prioritized roadmap for operations with more moving parts.

  • Stakeholder interviews, scoped to your operation
  • Workflow maps, bottlenecks, and AI opportunities
  • Validation call to pressure-test the findings
  • Written findings and roadmap, presented in a one-hour readout

Your roadmap shows what each opportunity is worth. If you want our help building it, that's the only separate decision.

About the Audit
(05)Proof

Real engagements. Documented impact.

Travel advisory

700+ hrs

capacity returned, per year

Annualized from current observed gains. Equivalent to more than 17 working weeks.

A travel advisor wanted a lighter workload without giving up income.

We redesigned how email, proposals, research, and business knowledge were handled, replacing repetitive admin with clearer processes and AI-assisted workflows.

Hospitality & events

≈30 sec

meeting follow-up, down from 30–90 min

Observed result to date.

Event meetings left a trail of notes, decisions, and follow-ups that had to be organized by hand after every conversation.

One workflow now captures the discussion, pulls out action items, and files the record automatically.

Analytics

40+ hrs

manual work removed, per month

Observed result to date.

A research-heavy analytics process was eating more than two hours a day across data collection, preparation, tracking, and review.

We rebuilt it around automated collection, centralized reporting, and a live dashboard.

“I wanted to spend fewer hours working without giving up the income I had built. Bryson helped me identify what was consuming my time, simplify how the business operates, and focus on the changes that would make the biggest difference. I now have more time for clients, more control over my workload, and a clear path toward the balance I wanted.”

(06)What happens after

What happens after

Your findings are yours to keep, with expected value and effort made clear wherever the engagement provides it. There are three ways to act on them.

01

Implement it yourself

Your team runs with the findings, on your own timeline.

02

Bring in your own provider

Hand the findings to whoever you already work with.

03

Build it with us

A separate engagement, scoped from the findings you already own, on your timeline.

Bring your questions to the walkthrough or readout call. That's where we sort out what to do first.

(07)The founder

Who you'd be working with.

Bryson Humphrey, founder of integrAIt Technologies

“I'll tell you when AI isn't the answer.”

I'm Bryson Humphrey. I run integrAIt from the Okanagan Valley in BC.

You don't have time to evaluate a tool market that changes every week. Nobody with a company to run does. That's how AI decisions end up tool-first: software gets bought before anyone maps the work it's supposed to fix, and it underdelivers.

I work in the opposite order. Map the workflow first, then judge the technology on fit, with no stake in which tool wins. It's the same method behind the results above: travel administration, hospitality follow-up, recurring analytics. And if you need an AI guy, I'd rather be the one you call before the money gets spent.
